Consignment Terms and Agreements

Items must be in ready to display condition. 

Consignor receives 50% of selling price with remaining 50% directly donated to Wellness Place. 

Accepted merchandise remains on the floor for 90 days with a price reduction of 15% after 30 days and an additional 15% after 60 days.  If unsold in 90 days you may reclaim the item or donate it to the shop. 

Offers will also be considered after 90 days, and accepted only with your approval. 

This pricing policy promotes an ever changing inventory. 

Preview of large furniture items will be by appointment at your home or viewing photos.
